Twilight Tonic at The Balmoral Spa
The Balmoral Spa, Edinburgh's most exclusive urban spa retreat, is pleased to launch a truly indulgent evening spa experience, which provides the perfect antidote to a busy and stressful day at the office.
The "Twilight Tonic" kicks off with a light swim and rejuvenating heat experience - or the more energetic can enjoy a work-out in the cardiovascular gym or an exercise class such as Pilates, Salsa or Hip Hop. The relaxation sets in during an hour of blissful indulgence with the highest levels of personalised care from your Spa Therapist. Enjoy a relaxing 25-minute ESPA Aroma massage, followed by your choice of a 25-minute Aroma Manicure or Pedicure. The candle-lit Relaxation Suite provides an utterly calm and soothing environment to round off your spa experience, before you head to Hadrian's Brasserie to enjoy a delicious light Spa dinner specially created by The Balmoral's Michelin-starred chef, Jeff Bland. The "Twilight Tonic" costs £80.00 per person and is available between 5pm and 10pm from Monday to Thursday.
The Balmoral Spa is also delighted to introduce its brand new spa treatment menu, which outlines a host of fabulous packages and speciality ESPA treatments, as well as the ever-popular range of facials and body massages. The Spa has also introduced some new treatments, including "The ESPA Immune Boosting Massage" (£65.00). This essential winter remedy is designed to encourage the body's natural immune system to operate more efficiently through a powerful blend of Tee Tree Oil with three types of Eucalyptus Oils, known for their natural anti-viral and anti-bacterial soothing properties. The Balmoral Spa is renowned for its outstanding Hot Stone Therapy treatments and the "ESPA Chakra Balancing with Hot Stones" (£95.00) uses ESPA aromatherapy blended oils with volcanic hot stones. A full body exfoliation, facial and scalp work leaves you totally soothed before the stones are carefully placed on body chakras and powerful energy centres to leave your body feeling totally calm, with a rejuvenated sense of equilibrium and energy.
