The Balmoral receives award for excellence in customer service
Rocco Forte’s Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh has picked up an award for excellence in customer service at the HRS Hotel Excellence Awards.
Winning in the large hotel category, the HRS judges described The Balmoral’s approach to customer service as highly sustainable, well rounded and consistent. They commented:
“Recognising key customer service stars within the team and identifying their natural aptitudes resulted in ‘The Balmoral Luxury Attitude’ ethos. The business shows a clear commitment to continuous improvement and has raised the bar for all staff to deliver excellent customer service.”
The criteria for the excellence in customer service award was to demonstrate consistently outstanding levels of world class service, always providing a warm welcome to guests and exceeding customer expectations.
Commenting on the award, Ivan Artolli, General Manager at Rocco Forte’s The Balmoral said:
