The Bollinger Bar at Palm Court - Scotland's only Bollinger Bar - is the ultimate Champagne Bar and a hot-spot for guests and Edinburgh locals alike.
The Bollinger Bar is known for offering guests a sample of the finer things in life, from an extensive range of single malt whiskies and vintage champagne to innovative cocktails, including a range of non-alcoholic cocktails.

Afternoon Tea at The Balmoral:
Experience the brand new Balmoral Afternoon Tea, now with 20 exclusive loose-leaf teas to choose from. The Balmoral is served daily in Palm Court, accompanied by a harpist, and in The Drawing Room from 2.30pm - 5.30pm. The Balmoral is £21.00 per person or £33.50 if you splash out in style and add a glass of Bollinger Champagne!
