Created by Simon Lannon, Hadrian’s brasserie’s Head Chef, The Balmoral’s In Room Dining Menu offers a mix of Scottish dishes and innovative international cuisine using only the best of seasonal and regional produce. Select from a varied menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner and an extensive range of drinks including Champagne, wine and spirits.

Lunch and Dinner Menu available from 12:00 noon to 22:00
Night menu available from 22:00 to 5:00
