Named as 'Restaurant of the Year' at the Scottish Hotel Awards 2013Hadrian’s is the Balmoral’s chic and stylish Brasserie which serves delicious cuisine in an informal ambience. Executive Chef Jeff Bland and Head Chef Simon Lannon have created a cosmopolitan menu offering a mix of Scottish dishes and innovative international cuisine, using only the best of seasonal and regional products. The Brasserie’s stylish and fresh interior has a distinct 1930s Art Deco Influence, with walnut floors and a palette of lime plus a splash of African violet, designed by Olga Polizzi. The combination of colors was inspired by the natural landscapes of Edinburgh, taking the Salisbury Crags, sea and sky as influences. Hadrian’s and the Balmoral Bar have regular monthly offers on wines by the glass and set price menus.
