As Scotland’s only Bollinger Bar, The Bollinger Bar at Palm Court is the ultimate Champagne Bar and a hot-spot for guests and Edinburgh locals alike.

The Bollinger Bar is known for offering guests a sample of the finer things in life, from an extensive range of single malt whiskies and vintage champagne to innovative cocktails, including a range of non-alcoholic cocktails, and the luxurious combination of Oysters and Bollinger Champagne.

Afternoon Tea at Palm Court

The Balmoral's Palm Court is an award-winning Afternoon Tea venue, most recently as a Tea Guild Award of Excellence Winner for 2011. Experience The Balmoral Afternoon Tea under the sparkling glass dome and Venetian glass chandelier of Palm Court and choose from a selection of 20 exclusive loose-leaf teas accompanied by a variety of sandwiches, scones and cakes. Afternoon Tea is served daily from 12pm to 5.30pm in Palm Court and in The Drawing Room and is £23.00 per person or £37.00 if you splash out in style and add a glass of Bollinger Champagne!

Music at Palm Court

A harp player and a pianist regularly support Palm Court’s unique atmosphere with a range of classical and seasonal music throughout the year.

Harpist: Wednesday to Sunday from 2.30pm to 5.00pm
(From May to September every day of the week)
Pianist: Friday and Saturday from 6.00pm to 8.30pm
and Sunday from 5.00pm to 7.30pm
