Hogmanay celebration in the Michelin starred restaurant number one will begin with a champagne and canapé reception, followed by an exclusive five course gourmet meal. The evening concludes with a glass of champagne and the wonderful fireworks display over Edinburgh Castle, viewed from a Castle-view suite.
